A mirror. Not another answer.
Mirror Contemplations are guided self-reflection
experiences created to help you slow down, look,
and become curious about the maps you may
already be using to navigate your life.
Each contemplation explores a single experience—
such as Freedom, Control, Stillness, or Safety—
through questions, body awareness, reflection, and
open writing space.
There is nothing here to fix, achieve, or get right.
You won't be told what your experience means or
what you should do differently.
Instead, each Mirror Contemplation gives you a place
to notice your reference points, explore where they
may have come from, and discover what else might
already be in the picture.

Explore your relationship with rejection—what you feel, assume, leave unspoken, and protect—and discover how your responses may shape the connection you long for.

Explore your relationship with time—where it goes, what gets prioritized, what you keep adding, and what you may need to release to make room for what matters.

Explore what you have made freedom dependent upon and uncover the reference points, choices, permissions, and experiences shaping what freedom means to you.

Explore your relationship with control—what you try to make happen, prevent, predict, or protect—and discover the reference points shaping your choices.

Explore your relationship with stillness—quiet, urgency, busyness, and unanswered questions—and discover what becomes visible when you stop trying to get somewhere.

Explore your relationship with safety—what you learned to protect, avoid, predict, or require to feel safe—with this guided Mirror Contemplation.
